Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link, type their name once, and that's it.
What can I upload?
Any file. Most video formats, including ProRes and MOV, get a browser preview automatically. Everything else is a straight download.
How big can files be?
Up to 500 GB per file. Uploads go up in pieces and resume if your connection drops.
How long are files kept?
Until your link expires, plus 14 days. We email you before anything is deleted, and extending the link keeps them. Notes are never deleted.
What does Nod take from payments?
2% of what your client pays, on top of Stripe's card fee. There's no charge for free transfers.
